We are looking for an Executive Assistant/Administrative Manager to run the daily administrative + sales operations of the company, as well as assist the owner.

This position needs to be filled quickly and we will be accepting applications and making a decision in the very near future.

  • After training, 98% of this position will be work remote
  • Flexible schedule, some evening and weekend check ins or email responses
  • Answering the phone, and handling customer requests
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
  • Create and update estimates and invoices
  • Work through city permitting process for clients
  • Recruit construction teams, vet and onboard them and manage existing contractors

Starting base pay $32,000 - $40,000 commensurate with experience
+ a significant bonus structure based on sales, company growth, and successful completion of projects

For training purposes, some in person office hours will be required (masks required until further notice). Once training is completed, position is 98% remote

You'll provide support and organization to the owner who juggles multiple construction projects and bids at the same time and you will need to provide focus and direction to make sure that nothing is missed and he is where he needs to be.
